• Natural Timber Variations: Natural solid wood (Sheesham, Teak) contains inherent grain patterns, knots, and slight color variations that reflect genuine timber character. These natural traits are not defects.
• Advance Deposit: Custom furniture orders require an advance deposit before woodworking, carpentry, or upholstery cutting begins.

8. Delivery, Transit & Assembly Policy

We deliver furniture across all localities of Ajmer (Vaishali Nagar, Panchsheel, Civil Lines, Makarwali, Adarsh Nagar) and nearby districts (Kishangarh, Pushkar, Beawar, Nasirabad, and across Rajasthan):

• Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are requested to inspect furniture pieces thoroughly upon delivery and assembly. Any transit concerns must be noted to our delivery staff immediately upon placement.
• Assembly Support: Beds, almirahs, and multi-part dining sets are assembled on-site by our skilled installation team.
• Delivery Schedules: Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:30 PM. In cases of inclement weather or road restrictions, our dispatch coordinator will promptly notify you of the updated arrival time.

9. Warranty & Craftsmanship Guarantee

With over 45 years of trust in Ajmer, we stand behind the durability of our furniture:

• Structural Warranty: Solid wood frames, joints, and timber frameworks come with craftsmanship warranties against structural defects and termite vulnerability under standard residential use.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of upholstery fabrics, intentional cuts, exposure to continuous water logging, or unauthorized structural modifications.
